2nd Annual Lancaster Beer Mile

The 2nd Annual Lancaster Beer Mile is fast and fun running competition... all while drinking beer! This event is beginner friendly and loads of laughs! Bringing spectators is encouraged! All proceeds are donated to a charity of our choice benefiting breast cancer awareness, treatment and research for a cure.

Bend & Brew at The Mill Event Center

We are excited to announce that on Tuesday, August 13th we will be holding our second annual Bend & Brew event as a part of Lancaster's BrewFest. Participants will get 2 craft beers or 2 glasses of wine and a 60 minute Power Fusion yoga session with Marci Carroll, CYT200. What a great way to support BrewFest….beer, wine, yoga and your Bestie!

Marci Hedderson Carroll, RYT 200: Marci has been practicing yoga on and off since the age of 15. She has been deepening her practice for the past 8 years. Battling some health issues and chronic back pain from traveling for work, Marci made self-care a priority.
Her specialty is “Hot Power Fusion” and a registered yoga instructor obtaining a 200 hour Certification through Yoga Alliance. She continued her education obtaining 50 hour extension program in Puerto Vallarta, Spring, 2018. She describes her practice as, “A true blend of balance, core strengthening and flexibility. How power yoga combines the meditative, detoxifying qualities of hot yoga with the intensity of power yoga to help you deepen your yoga practice. When set to motivating music, you will focus on yoga postures that open the shoulders, hips and spine with strengthening your core and upper body.”
